The agents at this location are incompetent of providing customer service that takes their customers in consideration! Rude and arguing with minors! They need to be shut down or get some better customer service agents! Train these people right or don’t hire them at all!
The girl who just helped me was incredibly kind and really helped turn my day around after going to place after place trying to simply cash a check. I was in and out in no time. If I ever run into the issues I had today I know I’m going here. I hope nothing but the best for the young lady working there, I hope she knows what a positive impact she made for me today.
Called ahead, told them what I needed because I was driving from out of state. Make the 2 hr drive and they tell me I cannot do this transaction at there location. Not sure what else I could have done
Went for registration on vehicle,employee was very helpful and friendly was finished in 10 minutes. Had to walk through a cloud of smoke fro clinic next door and make sure to lock your vehicle
I am here right now and although it is close to my home I usually am stuck waiting in a long line with only one person working here (just like now). I think it would go better if it was staffed properly because I really spend more time in line then the transactions I need to make. Plus the staff tells everyone's business because it echoes in the building. Privacy does not seem important . When it's just me I am in and out...one of the few pros.
