Have to say this is on behalf of my parents that have seen Dr. Bocanegra for more than 15 yrs. staff have always tended to their needs while going out of their way to be kind to caretakers who have to wait. Only note would be that they need to set some protocol for patients with dementia so that they know that they need some one to go in with them. A simple sticker on their folder to alert the receiving staff member that this patient will be accompanied.

Dr. Cuellar is so genuine! I have been a patient of hers for years and she has always been only caring and supportive. I feel completely comfortable talking to to her about symptoms that I have. She creates a nonjudgmental environment. She is so patient too. I really appreciate how she takes time to explain medical issues and will even write down details. Very slow still sitting here after 2 hours to be seen, and all I can hear coming from the back is laughing.
