WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The lady at the front desk was downright rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but no need to take it out on patients. Nobody likes to go to the doctor... it can be very emotional and scary. Upon arrival, I told her my insurance was just approved, I had no physical card yet, but she could look me up. She was very upset, and asked if my type of insurance would even cover this visit. (EVEN THOUGH we covered all of this over the phone PRIOR to my appointment) She was very rude after that p... read more
