I personally want to thank Martha for her understanding and patience with me. I suffered from terrible anxiety for years, I couldn’t eat, sleep, drive my own car because my anxiety made me very nervous. Martha showed me relaxation techniques, that helped me so much and with couple of visits I was able to sleep and learned to calm myself down. Martha is a very friendly and comforting professional who you can tell has your wellness as her client as her #1 priority. I have done both talk therapy and some EDMR-both excellent and helpful-I see her regularly and am always happy to see her. She has an infectious laugh which we could all use more of these days.
