So disappointed this time with this office in Menasha, they had no openings for 2 months to get an appointment and finally got in October 1st 2025. Now I waited 2 weeks for my glasses to make appointment to come back in for fitting. I called back on a Friday and left a message and no one got back to me until the following Monday, only to find out that I can't get in until Wednesday! What a joke...in the meantime my eyesight is going downhill...ridiculous to wait 3 weeks 🙄
Scheduling and the office always run smooth and on time. Dr Burgess is an excellent communicator and explains things thouroughly and in a manner I can understand. I highly recommend !
Professional, personal, and very helpful. Best optical care I have ever had! And they have a great selection of glasses and frames.
