For the second year in a row my order was messed up. Last year they ordered me progressive lenses that I didn't need (nor did I even know what progressive lenses were), then the doctor tried to blame me for it saying I asked for them (what?!). This year I specifically asked for daily contact lenses. The doctor agreed and I watched him put the info into the computer, he even explained some things to me and stated we would try two different kinds for my astigmatic eye, then decide which I preferred and go from there. Our experience at Community Eye Care was great! Melvina at front desk, she's friendly, kind and compassionate. She answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. It brought me comfort. Even offered to ask a nurse a question for me. Going above and beyond, makes Melvina a great asset to the company.
