My regular eye doctor is no longer I. Warren do I had to find a new place to get my eyes checked . I tried community eye and I was very disappointed. I have bifocals and my focus wasn’t even addressed. My prescription changed. My frames were only a year old and I did not want another pair. I just wanted them to put my new lenses in my existing frames. They told me they do not do that. If I wanted my new prescription & lenses I would have to buy a whole new frame along with the lenses!! I go there and have had great experience. However I brought my daughter in and the tech did not explain anything to her (she’s 5.) Was very rude to both my daughter and myself. Told my daughter if you don’t do this you are just going to have to go to Erie. Both my daughter and I left crying. That was her first experience with an eye appointment. I will say the receptionist was very kind she gave my daughter a bunch of stickers, tried to calm me down but I walked away and shortly after the disaster happened called me to apolo... read more
