I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I needed an evaluation and exam after na eye injury at work and they got me in, on less than a week. Reception and nursing staff are all business and everything appears to run very efficiently. Would most definitely recommend to a family member.
Felt like livestock moving in order to get 10-15mins of attention. Staff was kind & professional. I called Community eye care with a concern I was having. While it was addressed, it felt like I was buying a car & the salesman was trying to upsell me to have more work done to fit their agenda. Always consider a second opinion.
The wait was especially long. It was an hour and a half before my name was called. The wait for the doctor was much better, only five minutes. Both nurse/tech and doctor were professional and listened well. I was satisfied with their assessment.
