very professional very caring and extremely helpful answered all our questions. Wish we would have come to them along time ago. Dr O’neil was great My mom is 86 with Macular degeneration. we are very pleased and will see another doctor next week for injection. thank you for being so nice to my mom.
Truly great service and top notch staff. Im not easy to please or an "average patient." I am a VA community care referral, my daughter also is tended to. The Olean office is solid!

Had a great experience here. My brother is autistic and needed an eye exam. Everyone was patient, reassuring and friendly with him. I’m going to schedule an appointment here when it’s time for my next eye check up. :)
The staff, Nurses, and Doctors are amazing. They are very kind and understanding. They take the time to listen to you and are very patient with you.
