Very nice office easy to find. Receptionist and Dr amazing. How ever the person we saw before seeing the Dr was abrupt seem to be in a hurry and having very little patience.( Please keep in mind my grand daughter is only 4 and this was her 1st ever visit to an eye Dr. And yes before making the appointment we did ask if they dealt with pediatric patients). We were recommended to return in a year but I think I will probably be looking for a new office for her.
The doctors were great but the appointment scheduling staff is not. You call, they never pick up but have you on hold til they send you to a answer machine. You leave a message and they never call you back. This has happened to us 3 times finally I called billing and got ahold of a real person. We won't be back and we won't be sending anyone that way.
very professional very caring and extremely helpful answered all our questions. Wish we would have come to them along time ago. Dr O’neil was great My mom is 86 with Macular degeneration. we are very pleased and will see another doctor next week for injection. thank you for being so nice to my mom.
I was nervous at first.. because my eye.. eyesight is very important...THE STAFF AT COMMUNITY EYE CARE WERE TRULY AMAZING.. CURTIOUS.. FRIENDLY..PUT ME AT EASE..THEN..DR. FROEBEL...KIND.. PATIENT.. FRIENDLY.. GENTLE...GREAT EXAMINATION.. EXPLAINED TO ME EVERYTHING ABOUT WHAT I NEED TO BE DONE...I TOTALLY TRUST HIM..HIS JUDGEMENT..SO GLAD MY PRIMARY EYE DR REFERRED ME TO HIM..HATS OFF TO HIM...HIS SIDE MAN TAKING NOTES..NURSES AND STAFF..
I appreciate they got me in for my emergency so quickly. Dr gave me antibiotics & already has a follow up scheduled
