Will not listen to instructions about your budget. I was explicit that I only wanted things that were covered under my vision insurance. Throughout my annual exam I declined all optional tests/treatments they presented that were outside my coverage; nonetheless, they snuck an expensive test in without telling me. Thinking they just made a mistake, I've called and explained this to them but they've 0 willingness to address. Really feels like a money grabbing operation now rather than the care they used to provide.

I have had CEC for years with no problems until this year. Every year my premium is automatically drafted out of my checking account and I do receive a letter a few months ahead reminding me that this will happen on Feb.1. I have never had to respond to these yearly reminders in anyway because there has been NO changes to my banking number. When I visited my eye doctor, I was informed that I was no longer in the CEC system. I checked my bank statements and nothing had been drafted out.
