I had placed an emergency call as a breaker went out at my residence. John was exceptionally helpful and very fair. All around did great work to get the power back up. His exceptional work was later attested to by another electrician sent by the insurance company. Provided an excellent explanation of the problem attributed to cheap electrical paneling brand and a recommendation of what needed to be done to avoid the problem in the future.
