Rude front desk without any manners especially Ashley, who hired this crazy woman ????! Lazy and clueless doctor who can not help anyone all they want to do is charge you 95 for sitting in a chair for 2 and a half minutes and get rid of you I am surprised how are they still open in such a nice neighbourhood of Ventnor , dirty unpleasant and unprofessional somebody needs to report this place
One star is being generous. This office is unprofessional and lacks basic empathy, customer service, and attention to detail. The overall environment feels dismissive and careless, and the quality of care reflects that. I came in for two fillings—something I’ve had done in one visit before with no issue. Please avoid at all costs!!! Horrible service Sorry for a long review, the incident happened on February 4 . Before the appointment I called the office about the cost of treatment which supposed to be denture reline , the receptionist told me its going to be 200$ so i did made an appointment … as soon as i enter the office the loud musik was blasting like in the nightclub…. Great place really clean. Dr. Zimmer Justin really nice and get dentists. He is really patient will talk you through everything.
