This was my second visit to the clinic. I had three wisdom teeth extracted. I want to sincerely thank Dr. Yoo and his amazing assistant for their care and professionalism. After receiving anesthesia, I started feeling a bit anxious and shaky. The assistant was incredibly kind — she comforted me and gently covered me with a blanket to keep me warm. They used to be great but lately it's been chaotic and stressful. Today, it was downright painful. I lost a bridge a couple of weeks ago. They temporarily put it back in using permanent cement that prevented me from cleaning it properly. They didn't discuss a time frame for follow up - they just told me I needed to go somewhere else. I had to return today due to severe tooth pain. Instead of resolving the problem, they poked and pulled and charged me $50 more. I left in much more pain than when I started.
