i got a few cavities filled here in 2022. First scheduling is a joke. When checking out always its 8-15 MONTHS wait for the next appointment, and god forbid you ask to schedule multiple at a time. On to my favorite part, my gums didn't bleed before i visited this office. Never, not even once. They said to give it a couple weeks theyre sensitive, theyll heal. my gums bleed every time i brush my teeth now. i was told this would stop after few days. they had never bled before this appointment. i would love to bring this issue up to them at my next appointment but I'm not waiting 11 months. the people were nice though. not great for diasabled ppl, having to walk in and then walk back out and then back in to validate parking.
Very kind and professional staff and got me in quick for my last dental filling. Very pleased with their services and glad we have this at SIU.
