Brought my 6 year old son in to have a tooth pulled...doctor literally set the nova cane down an grabbed the pliers and started ripping I tried to stop her so the novacane could actually kick in but nope f that she ripped it out in less then a minute of the novacane shot... there isn't no way it was kicked in an my poor son is now traumatized from the dentist. I've had teeth pulled an now the feeling an that poor boy could feel 100% of it ive never seen him scream cry blood murder like he did in that dental chair definitely ... read more
Dr Berge and his team are the absolute best!! I have bad teeth and I have walked out f there with tears of happiness on what a wonderful job they've all done!! I'm so very thankful to have found them! Thank you all!

As a small business owner, I know the value and importance of a review! I just had to come on here and shout praises for Izzy (Isabel) at the Buffalo location. I had an appointment yesterday (January 23rd) and she was my dental hygienist. I have never felt so relaxed and so welcome in all of my 36 years on this planet going to a dental office. She had music playing during my visit, which I'm normally really tense at the dentist, but the music helped me relax - so much that I forgot that I was getting my teeth cleaned! She wa... read more
