I have been there twice now and they are on the ball there! Appts are always on time and they are always very nice. I was impressed!
Community dental care is the best dental care establishment I’ve ever been to. They helped me get the dental work I needed, both in clinic and with referrals to other specialists. Not sure what to think here. 0ct 30th I had a appointment when I lft I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment I was asked if I would like a reminder card I said no I will just put it in my phone so I stood there and did that and then lft. i never got a confirmation back like I alway do so I called ended up waiting for a 1hr and 15 mins never spoke to any 1 lft a message they said I have no further appointment this has lft me confused so I called again same answer. This office is always busy and packed due to a shortage for cost effective services in the area. Always arrive early, the office can afford to be picky towards those who are late and will send people away (not a problem I have had but have witnessed). Late? It does not matter, arrive early/on time. This office demands timeliness. As long as you can respect that, I find check in is smooth. If you need a cleaning and x-rays this place is fine.
