they had bad communication with my sister and just overall not very accommodating.
My son and I have had multiple appointments for cleanings and work. I hadn’t seen a dentist in several years due to no insurance. Excellent staff, facilities, services, reminders…they are very busy, so schedule out.
It's fine
Pretty big pain in the butt to deal with when they will reschedule you for being anymore than 4 minutes late but don't tell you everything you will need to be seen in the first place and then it's 9 months to reschedule said appointment when you waited 5 months to get this appointment you'd think someone would send you an email or a text message or a voicemail letting you know all documentation you would need to have with in order to be seen pretty bad management
