I had an appointment scheduled, but I didn’t text back to confirm because I thought the message was just a reminder. As a result, they canceled my appointment the day before—without calling to inform me. I arranged for a babysitter, got my kids and myself ready, and drove over 30 minutes to get there, only to be told upon arrival that my appointment had been canceled. This was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time and resources.
I had bonding done on my front teeth. It was done by one of the assistants and was not checked by the dentist before I left. I told the lady it still had a tiny chip and she told me, "That's as good as it gets." I went home and it came off the very same day. They also made a veneer for me and that fell off on the way home. They attempted to fix it but it would not stay on. I requested a full refund. When I went to pick up.my refund check it was short. I was dropped as a patient after being seen at this office for years. For a medicaid office they should be more accommodating to those having unforeseen circumstances. When you call to talk to staff they won’t call you back and will send a letter instead.
