I have severe periodontal issues. The staff has always been so comforting and reassuring. They make sure my cleanings are painless. They have referred me to get a beautiful smile. They have made me feel hope over a problem that has torn me down for a long time. From Dentist Josh Blackman to all his techs even the front desk lady have been so amazing. Highly recommend!!!
They “dismissed” me from their office for missing 1 appointment. The last few times I’ve been there to get a filling they’ve messed them up by leaving a hole near my gums, or not fixing the filling right to match my bite. When they left the hole between my gum and tooth they didn’t even check my bite. The assistants they have don’t know how to numb patients correctly, he numbed me and almost all the medicine went in my mouth so when the dentist started working on me I felt everything and had to be renumbed.
