They have terrible leaders in place and more recently they were on the news because they were not able to pay employees due to audits by the state. Some of the therapists are nice, and you can tell they care but I don't think they're really good at their jobs. When I had better insurance I got better treatment and had more impactful sessions from another therapist. The psychiatrists also suck. All they try to do is put you on medication but they don't listen to how you feel. I said I get seasonal depression in spring and she laughed and asked "Why it's nice out."
