I’ve seen only a couple counselors since my early teens and I have never been able to open up to any of them the way I am comfortable doing so today. Lakya Hill is wonderful, very straight forward, open minded and actually listens and cares about her clients. If I have to have these services for the next 15 years, I would be content with that! 10/5 stars!
lacks professionalism at front desk.
I'd give them 5 stars but I just called there 12 times and each time I got the same routine, no matter what extension I pressed or what number I called. This was all a waste of time. There's no one to call if I need anything. I know it's the phone's cause everyone there is very nice.
