It’s crazy how court on Thursday but a few hours late on a payment that you accepted. They took the money but didn’t do the job they took the money for. Black lives don’t matter to this place because checking that morning to make sure a paying client paid versus them losing their insurance. I pray someone stops all extra activities going on here because they don’t value those customers. It’s money but the clients for insurance monitoring are obviously not worth the effort

Why have a phone number if you never plan on answering it? Some people don't live in hopkinsville Im just trying to reschedule an appointment because I'm running late and no one is even there to answer the phone waste of gas money and time that could be avoided if people just did their job

I'm not impressed most of that visits for over the phone very in personal. This type of valuation was terrible 15 minutes long over telephone. Can't do a psycho valuation over the telephone in 15 minutes. Like a 2 hour appointment everywhere else. I had my first panic attac.
