I interviewed a counselor to see if she was the right fit of my son...I decided it wasn't the right fit. They billed my insurance company through their psychiatrist that I never talked to, although we had discussed not billing the insurance company and using the sliding scale she offered. But since I decided to continue my search they charged me the full amount, plus a co-pay as if my son had seen their psychiatrist....Shady. The counselor was nice and I'm sure she helps a lot of people, but I won't be hiring anyone who does... read more
