The service is usually quite prompt and reliable, although I have had communication difficulties at times when calling in with questions. Customer service seems to be hit or miss depending on who you reach. My major quibble is their refusal to offer auto-refills. It would be helpful if they offered this option for patients who rely on the same medications every single month. This pharmacy made a business decision to cancel my prescription refill due to not renewing their contract with my insurance company. I was not notified of this decision, and have gone almost 3 weeks without my medication, and I'm really feeling those results. The least they could do is communicate to me to allow me time to transfer the refill to another pharmacy.
