Caring and efficient! A great combo!
The service is usually quite prompt and reliable, although I have had communication difficulties at times when calling in with questions. Customer service seems to be hit or miss depending on who you reach. My major quibble is their refusal to offer auto-refills. It would be helpful if they offered this option for patients who rely on the same medications every single month.
