if i could give them zero stars i would. i listened to a man down the hall cry and shout in pain for over fifteen minutes one night visiting my father, i went out in the hallway looking for someone to help him for what felt like forever, no one was at the desks and when I finally found a guy he said it wasn't his section to take care of but I pressed that the man had been screaming for help for awhile and someone needed to check in on him. he was asking for an ambulance and the guy seemed like he shrugged it off and got him ... read more
My mother lived here for 6 years. It's a very nice place, clean, with a very caring staff. The activities director was a gem with the patience of a saint. The entire staff was very caring and took great care of my mother. They even walked her next door when my father was in the memory care unit. I would recommend this place to everyone.
The residents are very loving people and the staff is great with the residence but they need to get a new office manager she is very rude and her interest are not in the residence if they're not related to her
Everytime I have visited my mother the residents are happy . There is routine activities for the residents to participate in. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
