My experience at this shop was absolutely awful from start to finish. The customer service is unacceptable they do not answer questions clearly, they ignore phone calls, and whenever I asked to speak with the owners, I was always told they were “not available.” That already shows a complete lack of accountability. When it came to the actual repair of my car, things were even worse. They used cheap, low quality parts without properly explaining what they were doing, and the work was clearly rushed and careless. Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría NO VAYAN A ESE LUGAR TE REPARAN TU CARRO CON PARTES USADA Y EL SERVICE AL CLIENTE ES HORRIBLE SE TARDAN UNA ETERNIDAD EN REPARAR TU CARRO MALA EXPERIENCIA QUE TUVE CON ELLOS NUNCA RESPONDEN LOS DUEÑOS MARIANI Y HÉCTOR SON GROSEROS HASTA CON SUS EMPLEADOS NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR
