My experience at this shop was absolutely awful from start to finish. The customer service is unacceptable they do not answer questions clearly, they ignore phone calls, and whenever I asked to speak with the owners, I was always told they were “not available.” That already shows a complete lack of accountability. When it came to the actual repair of my car, things were even worse. They used cheap, low quality parts without properly explaining what they were doing, and the work was clearly rushed and careless. I had a wonderful experience with community collision center they fixed up my car and it look so beautiful good as new. I definitely recommend this shop if you ever need car repairs. They fixed up my car very fast.
