Always nice, at Amscot it seems they take forever to process your transaction, but this place they work quickly.

Horrible since new management took over. Had to bring in paystubs 1 day after paying my loan (they had new info on file which was brought in recently) and then charged my account for the whole loan AFTER i payed it. Now im fighting to get them to pay the overdraft charges and they keep giving me the run around! Its not the same managment DO NOT RECOMMEND
DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The employees don't know what they are doing- obviously haven't been properly trained and they tell you that certain things are free (the cash advance), and when you get the paper work, they have charged you 136$ for the "no cost" advance. When I questioned it, the employee said that I needed to read the small print on the offer. I read the small print five times, and still couldn't see when it justified charging me the fees. Very confusing and very deceiving. BEWARE!
