Tamara is awesome! In just a few sessions, I have seen better results for my frozen shoulder, then two Cortizone shots from my primary care doctor, 2 1/2 months of at home exercises/stretches from my primary care doctor and two sessions of physical therapy after that. I brought in my 15 year old son due to lower back and ankle issues. Tamara was so caring and informative. My son had never been adjusted before and Tamara made him so comfortable. Her professionalism and knowledge along with a gentle touch is the perfect combo and exactly what our family was looking for in a chiropractor.
Came to Tamara for my ankle injury only but she lovingly fixed every aspect of my back and sinuses. I had chronic pain I didn’t even know could be relieved with chiropractic care. Would give 100 stars if I could, her kindness and ongoing education about my nervous system, and alignment alone makes it worth going to.
