This is my first chiropractor experience and Dr Lund has made me feel comfortable and hopeful. She took the time to throughly understand my problems and my long medical history. I am grateful to have found her and continue my care with her.

I have been to several chiropractors over the last 25 years. Dr. Lund has a special understanding of how to discover the root issue that is truly troubling you. She has tremendous skill to adjust sensitive areas such as the neck and lower back in a very gentle, yet extremely efficient and effective way. Previous chiropractors manipulated my neck in a way that was very jarring. I now receive better results with no jarring whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Lund and am glad she is in Chico.
Dr. Lund is well versed in many chiropractic techniques and explained during their use of them while utilizing them on me. She has greatly helped with my neck and lessened the frequencies of my visits by helping me stay more well!
Can't say enough about my positive experience with Dr. Tamara, very nice and down to Earth person. Would have to say my best chiropractic adjustment. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to .
