Everyone I met here were genuinely so kind, and thorough and wholeheartedly cared about my Siamese named Munchkin! This is/was the first time my family has ever had this medical emergency surgery and everyone we spoke to wanted to help my kitty in every way possible! WARNING (Only leaving two stars as one star reviews can be deleted) This facility is in shambles. I spent over $3,000 on a treatment plan that was broken by the severe negligence of this practice. The communication is unacceptable, I left the clinic with two unlabeled bottles of medication which resulted in my cat receiving the wrong medications for at least two weeks. I enjoy the quiet and calm environment for my cat. The entire staff is very welcoming and made me and my pet feel safe and cared for. All my questions and concerns were answered. I love that it’s a cat only clinic.
I don’t know what vet doing surgery just assumes a litter of cats are going to be all outdoor and to clip their ears without permission. 2 of the cats in that litter are owned and have a home. You mauled our cats and we got them back incomplete. You have made us distrust places like yours because of this. Thank you for nothing, they look goofy as hell and I will never recommend this place. Terrible business and terrible vet. You don’t TNR cats that have a home!!!!!
All the techs are so nice and gentle with the cats. Then doctors are all really nice and explain everything very well. The prices are fair and better than other places. The front staff are so friendly and they remember us. They always have times to get us in when we need. We love Community Cat Clinic
