They Are Not On The Community Care Portal? I Switch To St Peter’s Urology Had My MRI Records And Images Sent To sph 3 Hours Later I Got A Call And Appointment Set
I like the doctors and so far so good. But no one answers the phone ever. They just leave calls on hold. Wish I went somewhere else.
Very bad service and make you wait hours to be seen and never picks up phone . Doctors are not very nice either
So, let me ask you what rating you would give. You get results from a blood test that indicate some concern for prostate irregularity. It is recommended that you schedule a follow-up with your urologist (who has actually joined Community Care Urology not too long ago). During this visit there is some concern regarding abnormalities so an MRI is scheduled and completed. A growth is discovered and a biopsy is scheduled six weeks out. Extortionists. Got a surprise bill for 200 dollars after I tried to cancel an appointment because their incompetent front desk staff won't pick up the phone and I missed the appointment I tried to cancel. I am changing practices away from capital care all together.
