I would not recommend seeing anyone within this practice with the current guidance of Dr. Kumar. Unprofessional and disorganized. From my first appointment which lasted a total of 7 minutes and no answers - any of the things I discussed with Dr. Kumar was met with “the medication will fix it” (I wanted to speak with a nutritionist) - then on the portal, he completely lied about what he talked about and included information about me that was not true. Met with a PA for a consult and some other shenanigans. I was brought to a room promptly and everyone was professional and polite. The doc indulged my stories and was attentive. I *really* wasn't feeling a trip to the doctor today, but I couldn't have asked for a better visit. Thanks, everyone!

I moved up to Albany and I was looking for a new doctor. the gastro landscape is quite different than the other states I have lived in. I was referred to, and subsequently, after a 6 month wait, I was able to see Dr. Arbind Kumar, which I proceeded to provide my history and explained that I was diagnosed with UC and Crohns (full digestive track) several years back, and had been under treatment and successfully managing the disease.
