They deleted my review for weight management office, canceled my appointment 5 minutes late; tried to explain I was in parking lot looking for the right building and they refused to cooperate. My wife advocated and argued and they complained to our primary that she was “swearing” - whatever . Primary doctor diaz then promptly kicked us out of his practice and left us with no doctor in the middle of treatments and didn’t fill meds. DOH here I come
I’ve gone to this facility for years and have always been treated well. I’ve had numerous health issues and had the most professional council and care.
Have been a very satisfied patient at this office for years until it was taken over by CCP. Now the support staff is rude, and it is impossible to get my phone call answered. I one cashed 4 different times in a single day, and waited on hold more than 20 minutes each, before I had to have up to attend to something at work. So I tried requesting an appt in the portal and no one cashed me back.
Fair enough Dr Visit. Feel the Dr is the most plesant part from check in to exit...everyone else is hard pressed for a smile. This is just the ones I seen that morning. Also, MY Dr. is AMAZING: She provides informative answers, trusts that you know your body, sincre interest in what your concern is - but does not feed into possible made up possible medical drama in your mind..lol Dr. Gloria Guptial is GREAT!
Worst office I’ve ever been to. Staff is inconsiderate specifically Erin Golderman and entire staff lacks compassion for patients except for one LPN they’re lucky to have her. A receptionist just hung up on me. THIS OFFICE GETS 0/10 STARS. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
