Dr. Pai was great and the nurse working with him Jennifer was great as well. I was super anxious about the procedure and they distracted me and talked me through the whole thing.
Received a message to schedule surgery. Called twice and waited for over 10 minutes just to be disconnected. Great way to assist your patients.
1 star because 0 isn't an option. If you want a surgeon that will tell you your questions don't matter and doesn't care if he causes you pain, then Pai is for you! He is dismissive, rude, aggressive, and couldn't have cared any less about my concerns before my procedure. If you need to be cut open, go see a REAL surgeon not this butcher.

I seen Dr Pai to get a lump removed and he was absolutely amazing. Made you feel very comfortable, and is overall just an amazing doctor. The nurse along with him was amazing too. 10/10 would recommend.
