Way better experience then some other Pharmacys, staff are very knowledgeable and quick! I'm a transgender women they were very kind and crossed out my dead name on my HRT bottles it's little things like that make my day and make me so happy. They did forget to on one bottle but it was in a rush the fact that they remembered on most of them is amazing and I don't think other Pharmacys would do it at all. My 90-year-old mom has had significant medical issues over the last three years. I have never known a pharmacy staff to be so caring and efficient with their service. The pharmacist, Viral Patel, actually calls my mom to check how her medications are affecting her if something new has been added. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and on a number of occasions has commented on her prescriptions and their possible contraindications. My wife and I moved to Port Hope in 2012 and have used Community Care Pharmacy until we moved to Uxbridge in 2024. We continued to use them until we received a new physician in Uxbridge in February 2026. Viral Patel and his staff have served us extremely well and would highly recommend them for your pharmacy needs. Thanks again for your steadfast service and professionalism.
