Great people! Steve is awesome!
Great place to work on recovery. Beth Meacham is one of the best therapist ever. I owe most of my rehabilitation to her. Facility is clean and well maintained. The staff ... pleasant and friendly. My only concern is that Care Partners Administration is too concerned about money and not as concerned about the successful outcome of the patient.
I was disappointed with my visit. I was seen 45 minutes late despite showing up 15 minutes early. The woman who met with me spent more time frustrated with her computer and insurance codes than she did helping me. I had to repeat myself multiple times and was given a set of exercises that didn't even address my affected area. I left feeling more like I had been "processed" than helped.
