Long wait times. More than an hour or no show. Dispatch line says they are on phone..i assume its actually off the hook. Patients on oxygen don't have that long to wait
We used them for one of our clients. Drivers were late....didnt follow any directions for pick up or drop off. Strap in van was broke so they couldn't secure the wheelchair. When we called about these issues the supervisor wasn't available and never returned our calls. Finally got ahold of supervisor but was rude and not helpful. Refused to make it right with the customer.
