Community Care of Marlinton is non caring for a walk-in patient that was sick and needed to be seen. We drove 24 miles to come get help. No cars at the clinic, no patients sitting in the waiting room. They were not busy. I asked for help, the receptionist made me wait to go ask the provider in the back. Whoever was working in the back that day should be ashamed. She came back out and told me she was busy and booked for the day. A quick jaunt up the stairs from FRN CCWV is often open Monday through Friday and can see you soon as possible.

The staff at Community Care are very professional and friendly. They are on task and get the job done in a timely manner. I was first seen by Mark. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain things to me. I now see Kristen Withers. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly and takes the time to explain results and procedures. The office staff are prompt to get things done. I like the fact that I can message Kristen through the Athena Health website and get all of my medical needs completed,... read more
