My experience with the Smithtown office was absolutely horrible. The PCAs and HHAs that were assigned to my case were a nightmare — mostly non-English speaking, and some could not even communicate a sentence in English. PCA/HHAs would show up in plain clothes, without badges, sometimes with their husbands or boyfriends, and could not communicate anything more than their name, only when asked several times.
