I’ve been working with Kelly Woolsey for the past 8 months when we found out my dad would qualify for Medicaid. She always responded to my voicemails in a timely manner and had guided me through the process of getting my dad the in home care that he needs! My mother had fallen multiple times with broken bones. The records are in the hospitals. she only speaks spanish. what she had getting is, ill prepare aids for the job.

My experience with the Smithtown office was absolutely horrible. The PCAs and HHAs that were assigned to my case were a nightmare — mostly non-English speaking, and some could not even communicate a sentence in English. PCA/HHAs would show up in plain clothes, without badges, sometimes with their husbands or boyfriends, and could not communicate anything more than their name, only when asked several times. They were willing to listen and help with my needs. They offered suggestions, tips that might help me and gave me quality care. I am very happy with the care takers for my husband. Thank you community care.
