Brutal. Scheduling issues constantly and missed medication. We just noticed 3 out of the last 4 days my stepfather did not receive his medication. He's very fragile and his medication is of utmost importance. He's been paciining and anxious the last couple days, of course because he is likely experiencing withdrawal symptoms ugh

I have been receiving home care, cleaning, every two weeks that helps me to live at home. It is a service I pay for, but supervised by Community Care. It costs the taxpayer nothing. I have just been told that this program and all the other volunteer programs are being cancelled. Why? As I said, it does not cost the taxpayer anything. So WHY ???? The star mark should be ZERO .

Nurse Next Door Durham provides a fantastic service caregiving service at a reasonable rate. We have NNDD for a family member with dementia who is in hospital waiting for placement in long term care. The PSW's that care for our family member are very caring, kind, and helpful. The staff, especially Julie, go above and beyond to meet our expectations for care. I highly recommend Nurse Next Door Durham for your family too!
