I came in at 1 o’clock and the place is locked and looks like it is empty the lights out and it doesn’t say Lunch break it says 8 to 5. It doesn’t say this time for a lunch break and it doesn’t even have a sign that says otherwise.
Unprofessional clinic.
DO NOT GO HERE. This is my first time at this clinic and I walked out mid appointment. I knew I would be charged still, but the whole clinic was so unprofessional. Don't go here unless you have more than 2 hours to your time and want to just sit there on your phone. The only good thing was the receptionist being nice but that's about it. I sat in the room for almost 2 hours or so and the doctor finally came in, not knowing my name or any of the info I told the nurse. The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. They took more than 2.5 hours just to check me in because the front desk staff did not verify my ID correctly. On top of that, they were insinuating that my insurance was wrong. When I was finally seen, it lasted barely 2 minutes, and they told me I would be given two medications. I am still waiting for the doctor to call the pharmacy. After more than a day, they have not even been able to complete the process so I can get my medicine.
