Most disrespectful insurance company I ever dealt with on 3 different occasions I was supposed to get a call back and never did another specialist I have was also supposed to get a call back it's been five days and they never did and plus a lot of miscommunication by different reps about how my insurance works and what it pays for. FRUSTRATING N THINKING ABOUT LEAVING THEM AND NOT RECOMMENDING THEM to my NUMEROUS friends and family members.
