This is the biggest rip off car wash in TN for sure. No pressure, it takes about 30-40 sec to get a soap when you switch and every time you switch agai it's 30-40 sec to get what you switched to . $1 a minute it's actually $3. You need $15 just to pre soak brush and rinse the vehicle . Without using any other service

I did the self car wash,in the bays, equipment worked good, but I wasn't happy to see to get a rinse had pay 5.00 more dollars, that was April 10,2026 yesterday I saw on my bank account they which April 16 they took 10.00 more making it 20.00, overcharge me, I like the old system better where put money in to get wash that way you don't get ripped off, I haven't been back at that car wash since April 10, will never go back there, they just took 10.00 out of my account and I want it back,,,

I went there only to rinse off the brake dust from my motorcycle wheels. I was totally surprised to find that i couldn't use quarters. Used debit card. After all, I didn't think it would have been but about $5.00 at the most. 2 minutes. Card was charged $20.00. Didn't even use soap. Only water on the rinse cycle. I'LL NEVER RETURN!! Unexpected charges!
