Wonderful staff and support! My first experience with long-term medical treatment and I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, personal care and, encouraging support from my team of care providers. Wonderful people, and incredible personal attention. Fun and laughs exchanging fotos of dogs and horses with my new friends.
Since I've been diagnosed with Cancer in April, I've had nothing but great support and a great experience (every time I'm there) --From the front desk to the charge nurses, nurses, doctors, everyone shows their compassion, and they work hard to make everyone comfortable.
1. Patient-centered care is just a slogan* - mailing results avoids actual patient interaction. 2. Deflecting patient concerns to pathology departments - writing justifications for suboptimal samples instead of doctor-patient discussion. These practices point to patient avoidance rather than patient care.
I was not impressed with my moms doctors nurse. She was very rude to my sister and I after moms 2nd Keytruda treatment. I thought she could have been more helpful, but she was very rude to us when we asked about a prescription for a pain medication for mom. I was so disappointed with this nurse who i would have expected to be more compationate. Very disappointed in this nurse. Compassion was expected but not what we got.
Great place great people Great service
