misunderstood in general i can honestly say i have had a fair experience? normally the cab is here in a timely manner? and drivers are pretty civil? and fare is not too bad?
Horrible Service Time I would give them 0 stars but the system requires at least 1. Anyways, tried to get a cab and was originally told that they would send someone out ASAP. I then called them back to inform them that I would be using a credit card and was told at that time that it would take about 3 to 4 hours before they could send a cab. Rude office people I called for a cab the other night around 2:00 am. They never showed up and each time I called I was spoken to in the rudest possible manner. I finally spoke to the person in charge he said his name was Zack or Jack or something like that and I was told he couldn't poop me a cab. I would not recommend this company since even the bosses don't know how to speak to their customers. I ended up taking another cab company that knew how to be nice.
What a Shame!!!! I am a world traveller and have taken cab rides around the world including in New Dehli. Never in my travels have I experienced such appalling service. The cab was dirty, missing part and pieces. The cab driver handed me the GPS and asked "ME" to enter my destination address and then blindly expected this navigation aid to lead him to our destination. It did, however taking a tortuous route. Quick reliable service When ever i need cab service, i generally use them. They are more professional than other cab services, and they are also very quick, generally getting to me in less than 20-25 minutes.
better than walking I used them a couple times. And besides the fact that I had to wait awhile for them to show up, both the drivers I had were very friendly. One guy even asked me which route I would preffer him to take. And they called me before they were on their way to let me know to look from the cab.
would NOT recommend I have used this service twice. And both experiences have been horrible. The taxi driver asked us obseen questions, and when we told him that was unapporiate he then starting getting rude with us. The dispatch is also rude. Would rather walk then have to call them for a taxi.
I absolutely do not like Newport Yellow Cab I think that the people working for Newport Yellow are obnoxious and try to take advantage of the fact that you are paying them to drive you somewhere. They go out of the way or the wrong way every time I have ever used them. Apparently they have no idea how to get around even Newport. They go the wrong way so it will cost more. It's ridiculous. It's kind of hard to use another taxi when there are no other ones in Newport and that just sucks!
