I have been trying for months to get in touch with someone, anyone, at Community Builders, but no one returns my calls. We had a shower install done with them and I have a small repair that needs to be taken care of, but again, no one will call me back. At first the customer service was fantastic! I had no complaints. I purchased new windows for my home with a lifetime guarantee and can’t get ahold of anyone to come out and fix a window, I leave messages again and again and they continue to ignore unless I want to purchase something.
My stepdad had his roof reshingled 10 years ago with a 2 1/2 in. hail, 120 mph wind and 50 year guarantee. During the recent storm, the newer shingles lifted and peeled back, showing rotten wood that should've also been replaced at the time. After calling the numbers on the card and 8 other numbers found in online reviews, we weren't able to get ahold of anyone except a man who isn't affiliated with them. No answering services were available either. He has reached out to the BBB as it certainly feels like he was scammed.
We had a shower replacement and he was very professional and worked late to get it finished.
