Horrible phone service, never picks up. It’s my third day calling for hours and hours and still no answer.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their intake process consists of putting everyone in a room with a bunch of recliners and waiting hours to see who is having the worst detox symptoms. Everyone else is sent home regardless of their symptoms. The staff for the most part are rude and insensitive. The amenities are typical. A shared room, a food dispensing room and an outdoor area for meetings. They provide the lowest level of care for symptoms. If you can go elsewhere I sincerely hope you do so.
They dont even answer or call you back... trying to check on someone and i called atleast 7 times today.
