Was refused a routine mammogram and was told I’d have to have a diagnostic one when my Dr CONFIRMED I didn’t need one. Renee was so condescending and acted like she was more knowledgable than my ACTUAL Doctor . She wouldn’t let me speak let alone listen to the actual doctors’ notes! Sounds like from the other review that this is a recurring issue there. MY rights were violated and they totally disregarded my doctor. Save yourself the hassle and AVOID this radiology location.

I’ve always had great experiences here. The techs are pleasant and check in is easy. The only reason for 4 stars is when I have to interact with Stephanie for scheduling mri screening. She is so rude and I feel like an absolute bother to her. I have to psych myself up to talk with that grump. Thankfully regular screenings can be scheduled online.
Been waiting on results for over a week now and my doctor continues to reach out wirh no reply this place is an awful show of our Healthcare in America
Girl at the reception desk is awful!! Rude and never any help. Been there 2 times in last year and she has been an issue both times. Don't see how she can continue to work there. Sick people come in needing help or images she should be polite and professional. Girls needs fired!!
