Been waiting on results for over a week now and my doctor continues to reach out wirh no reply this place is an awful show of our Healthcare in America
Girl at the reception desk is awful!! Rude and never any help. Been there 2 times in last year and she has been an issue both times. Don't see how she can continue to work there. Sick people come in needing help or images she should be polite and professional. Girls needs fired!!
The tech person who did my Mammo. and x-ray felt like rushing me to finish both and indicated wrong info on my x-ray and refused to correct. Don't recommend this location.
Checked in for two imaging test here today. Was not greeted with a hello, smiled at, or hardly looked at. While being asked questions in a curt manner, I handed my ID to receptionist, I put it on the desk near her. She abruptly grabbed it in a manner of irritation, handed it back quickly to me and said, “we’re not supposed to be given anything in this area past the window.” I apologized saying I did not know.
