They are supposed to be helping charities, instead they over charge for outdated software and lock you into a 3 year contract with no way to get out. Save $3k a year and use free payment processing software. There are tons of free resources that 0ut this company to shame.
We used Community Brands for several years and they provided good service. Recently we had to deal with some issues and their attentiveness, quick response and solution to our problem was amazing. Good company!
