This is a FANTASTIC organization that provides low-cost neighborhood mediation services for San Francisco residents! I'm a volunteer mediator and I truly respect the work Community Boards does!
I have been using their resources for years to train students in conflict resolution and meditation. Greatest stuff I love it.
