Donate every 8 weeks and the staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Facility is clean and bright.
Sign on door notes walk-ins welcome. Unpleasant welcome and seemingly disgruntled front desk clerk, Jackie, said no walk-ins and didn’t offer any solutions or advice besides to come back tomorrow.
I had a terrible experience at this place. I went there for a whole blood donation, and the staff kept talking and gossiping near me. Three people surrounded me and just kept talking without paying attention to my blood that was being drawn. At one point everybody was looking at my blood and just starring at me. Like, we go there to donate and help other people, but that's how the staff treat us? With bad humor, closed faces like they can't stand one minute more in that place and ready to leave?
