Giving 1 star is too many. I regret to say that my experience with CBH was deeply disappointing. From the outset, there were significant issues with communication and follow-up regarding my minor daughter's treatment. Despite being a minor in need of consistent care, we were left in the dark about important aspects of her treatment plan, including medication refills. Everyone has been very kind but the policies and practice management at this place are absolute trash. I've never had this much trouble getting medications refilled and I see a provider MONTHLY (for medications I have been stable for several years.) Also don't let the phlebotomists in Easton near you they dug around in both my arms and my hand and still didn't get a sample. I almost vomited.
