i need to be honest in view of living here now, moved here a month ago. And it’s truly not what i hoped. Other then it is more affordable for me, everything beyond that is a disappointment. For a fairly new building it’s not very clean, and even smells bad. There is NO Hot water. i run it for a whole 5 mins and even at that, i can keep my hand on it, unbelievable! I really liked there. I am looking for a apartment that is for people's over 62. The that had me come and sign paperwork and she call me with a up date because she still has not any paper work. So I am call them on Monday to see what the hold up is about
