Community based support is currently underpaying it's stuff. Fairwork is actively investigating them aswell as the union avoid this company they do not pay you fair.. They also offer study options with strict conditions often creating a unfair power imbalance with the employee and employer
The management lacks support for employees, making it a very unpleasant place to work.
This used to be a lovely, caring place with excellent staff. The budget has gone down the drain, and it is not worth sending family members here, as they will not be adequately fed. Not worth the cost.
