Jose is great to bank with!
I walked in just to ask for about there offer on CDs. I made the mistake of assuming they would be understanding that I’m sick, but I’m wearing a mask and keeping my distance. The older woman who seems to be a bank teller there, she looked at me in disgust and asked me if I was sick. I told her I am but I’m getting over it and thats why I’m wearing a mask. This is not a bank that is understanding of the different types of clients they may receive. 0 stars in my book.
Have mortgages with that bank . They screwed everything on their end. Mortgage department rep Stacey was horrible. In steady of apologize because of their fault, she started blame me for ... This particular department and this Stacey really need investigation from Consummer Financial Protection Bureau. They work with other people money and who knows what they are doing according their actions.
They closed my account for working in the Marijuana Industry and didn't contact me. Then proceeded to send me Junk Mail inviting me to open an account with them. They also sent the money from my closed account via check to someone I don't know. That was fun...
