I love going for bank run, it gets me out of the store and I love visiting with Michael, Arcadio, Kathy, Moira, and Brandi while they process the daily deposit. Thank you for bringing light to my day.
Best level of service in town
My local branch is wonderful. Especially Moira. All of the people are friendly and knowledgeable. Here's the problem, I do most of my banking online since I no longer live in town. The " new" online banking some idiot corporate exec decided was needed is a joke. It crashes, is clunky and not user friendly and neither are the people you contact for assistance. I've been a customer for 8 years. Time to go bank shopping.
